How does your delivery system work?

Order will be packaged and shipped within 1-2 working days after payment is received.
- PayFast = Reflects instantly
- EFT = normally takes 1-3 days to reflect (SMS or Email proof of payment)

 South Africa - 2-3 business days 

So, all in all, you can expect your items to be delivered to you within 3-5 business days after payment is received.

Returns & Refunds

Cancellations

All orders can be cancelled until the point of shipping. All you need to do to cancel an order is to contact us as soon as possible.

Refunds 

Due to the handcrafted and made-to-order nature of our business, we do not  accepts cancellations after 12 hours of orders placed.

All products are quality checked before shipping.

Refunds will be available for any damage (but photo evidence will need to be provided within 12 hours after delivery)
